Anticipated release date is 7 December 2006, with a book launch at the Phuket Boatshow. This website is being completely updated with ALL the content from the book. Please note that the online version will NOT be printer-friendly, so we strongly recommend you purchase the hard copy version, which is A4 size, with strong binding and top quality paper.
